Cancellations & Refunds
At Eco E-Bike Store, we strive for each customer to fall in love with their chosen electric bike. However, it's understandable if things don't feel perfect once your order arrives. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist you with the return process.
Please note that if your order has been processed and you wish to cancel your order, you will be subject to a minimum of 5% administrative fee (not including manufacturer’s fee).
Each manufacturer has a return policy of between 7 to 30 days. Unfortunately, if the time has elapsed, we will not be able to process the return for you. For more specific information, please visit the Warranty Policy page.
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before your bike has been shipped from the warehouse. If we are unable to cancel your shipment, you will need to follow the warranty policy for the brand of bike.
Please be advised that there is a restocking fee for our manufacturers. For returned orders, customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping as well. Also, do not send the product back without contacting us first, as all returns need to be authorized by the manufacturer first.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, free of dirt, and in the same packaging that it arrived. In addition, if you decide to cancel your order and it has been shipped, fees will apply including the applicable manufacturer restocking fee, the fee to ship the order back, and our administrative fee.
Once the product arrives at our manufacturer, they will inspect the product, and we will process your return within three to five business days on the original credit card that you used when placing your order.

Our goal is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. When your order arrives, please inspect it for damages before signing. If you see any visible injuries, indicate as "damaged" and retain the copy of the bill/receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours and we will help you file a claim with the manufacturer.
